Phil Salice was one of the founding investors of N-Compass and has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since the company’s inception. Mr. Salice also chairs the N-Compass Capital Advisory Committee, and has been successful generating investment and working to carefully apply these funds to fuel N-Compass’ growth.

Following his graduation from the University of Rhode Island in 1980, Phil startedhis career in Sales for a national health spa chain from 1981-1985, where he established a pattern of proven success until he was ultimately responsible for sales across 4 different regions. Following his tenure in health spa Sales, Phil successfully lead several housing developement projects in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Turning his sights to the financial markets, Phil passed his Series 7 in 1995 and worked in the stock market 1995-1997, eventually leaving to run his own firm, Delta Asset, through 2004. Phil has successfully raised independent capital for a number of companies, including Azur International, and is currently key to N-Compass’ short term capital goals. With his roots in Wall Street and a foundation of success in presenting opportunities and understanding investors, Mr. Salice is key to N-Compass’ future growth.
